The last will and testament of Philip Spawn Recorded on the third day of February, 1805.

 

Item I give and bequeath to unto my oldest daughter Jinny Barre, six shillings, New York currency, to be paid by my two sons Peter Spawn and Frederic Spawn in one year after my death.  Item I give and bequeath unto my second oldest daughter Johy Luke six shilling of New York currency to be paid by my two sons Peter Spawn and Frederic Spawn in one year after my death.  Item I give and bequeath unto my third oldest daughter Mary D. Winne six shilling of New York currency to be paid by my two sons Peter Spawn and Frederic Spawn in one year after my death.  Item I give and bequeath unto my youngest daughter Catherine Veeder six shilling of New York currency to be paid by my two sons Peter Spawn and Frederic Spawn in one year after my death. 

 

Item I give and bequeath unto my grandson John, two hundred pounds New York currency, two cows, six sheep, a young mare as horse, when he becomes of age, to be equally paid by my two sons Peter Spawn and Frederic Spawn in one year after my death. 

 

In my hand sealed this tenth day of December 1796 ( or 5?)
