Eight George
Clock for and in consideration of the
sum of one Hundred
and twelve pounds and ten Shillings
New York currency
to him in hand paid Hath mortgaged all
that certain
Tract or parcel of Land lying at
(Cam_y oharrie) in
the county of Albany on the West side
of the Mohawk
River being part of Lott Number Three
of the fifth
allotment one Hundred and forty acres
in a patent
Granted to Philip Livingston and
others the thirteenth
Day of November One Thousand Seven
Hundred and
Thirty one and also one hundred acres
in a Patent Granted
to the said George Klock and William
Nellis the twenty
First Day of December in the year of
our Lord one
Thousand Seven Hundred and fifty four
and is known
by the Name of Lott Number one Hundred
and fifty
Five together with all and Singular of
Provided always
and this ( ) on to are upon this condition that if the
said George
Klock his Heirs Executors and
Administrators shall
Pay to the said Konrath Luck the sum
of one Hundred &
Twelve Pounds ten Shillings money
aforesaid with Interest
at five percent on or before the fifth
Day of February which
will be in the year of our Lord one
Thousand Seven Hundred
and Seventy four then the above
Bargain and Sale is
to be void which said mortgage was
taken and acknow-
ledged before Volckert P. Dowd Esq.
one of the Judges of
the Inferior Court of Common Pleas for
the city and
County of Albany the 11th
