Lieut:

My term of service having expired (May 24th, 1864) I would respectfully request an order to be mustered out. I was mustered into present grade Nov. 22nd, 1863. I certify that I have no Government property in my possession but what I am prepared to turn over on being mustered out: that I am not indebted to the Government on any account whatever. Have not been absent without leave since last paid: was last paid by Major Nicholds to include Oct. 1st, 1864.
