This indenture made this twenty second day of February in the year of our Lord One Thousand and Seven Hundred and Seventy.  Between Abraham E. Wendell of the city of Albany of the one part and Jacob Loock of Nashcethaw in the County of Albany of the other part.  Whereas, John J. Lansingh of the city of Albany being seized in fee (blank) among other Estates as in and too a certain dwelling house and Lott of ground situated lying and being in the of first ward of the said City wherein the Reverend M. Baymore lives bounded on the East by the Lott conveyed to Jerardus Lansingh on the West by the Lane leading to the several pastures and on the North by the street and on the South by the city Bounds and is in Breadth on the North and on the South two rods and three feet and in length from North to South Sixteen Rods all Rymland measures and by deeds of Lease and Release the lease being date the day before and the release the Seventeenth day of March in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Nine for diverse Good Cause and Consideration and for and in consideration of the sum of ten shillings (div) give grant Bargain, Sell, Release align and conform among other (blank) aforesaid house and Lott of Ground unto the said Abraham E. Wendell.  To Hold to him the said Abraham E. Wendell his heirs and assigns forever.  Whom Trust and Confidence.  (Never) (blank) and to the (Interest) purpose that the said Abraham E. Wendell should sell and dispose of the same for the (blank) (blank) towards the paying and satisfying the just debts of the said John P.
